Access to Committee Meetings & Publication of Minutes

In accordance with Article of Governance 8

It is not expected that non-governors will attend Committee meetings unless appointed as a member to that Committee by the Governing Body or invited to attend its meeting by the respective Committee. (e.g. Finance Director to Policy and Finance Committee, Deputy Principal to Quality and Curriculum Committee).

Committee meeting minutes are circulated to all Governors with the Agenda for Governors’ meetings and are available for public inspection in the Learning and Resources Centre at the College during normal office hours in term time and by arrangement during holiday periods.
