5 GCSEs at grade C or above to include a minimum grade C in Mathematics and Physics plus 1 other Science.
Physics aims to explain how things work, from nanotechnology to the universe itself. It takes in practice and theory, specialist research and applications to everyday life. It is no surprise that those with a physics qualification are in demand by employers.
You can progress onto Higher Education to study Physics or many other degree subjects such as Engineering and Computing. Physics is used in many areas of professional activity including engineering, health and biomedicine.
