Students should collect and sign for their certificates or send someone with a letter of authorisation to collect on their behalf, from the December after their GCE/GCSE summer exams.
If collecting, they should ring first to arrange a date for collection as the Exams Officer is not always here and the certificate files are always kept locked.
Ludlow College does not post out certificates unless the student pays for this service (currently £2). This covers the cost of a stiffened envelope and postage. The student must provide the address they want the certificates to be posted to (in case the College’s database is out of date). This can be done at Reception in the Harley Centre.
Posting is always at the student’s own risk (if certificates get lost in the post the student, not the College, pays for replacements). Students wishing for registered posting should contact the Exams Office to arrange this. The cost for this service is currently £7 and again addresses must be confirmed by the student.
Ludlow College holds certificates for one year from the date of issue. The College is allowed to dispose of uncollected certificates after this time.
