Welcome to our website which provides a wealth of information about the courses we have on offer.

Ludlow College is unique in that it is one of the oldest and smallest educational institutions in the country. Our small, caring and friendly community enables students to succeed and flourish.

During the past twelve months we have invested more than £500,000 in improving and developing new and existing facilities. We have a new fitness suite with state-of-the-art equipment, a media centre complete with Apple Macs, in house travel agents, travel information centre, training kitchen and restaurant.

The introduction of Travel and Tourism and Hospitality courses are particularly exciting developments and reflect Ludlow’s excellent reputation for the quality of its food and drink and tourism.

In the last academic year our students achieved a 98.7% pass rate in their exams which places the College in the top 25% of sixth form colleges nationally. In October 2010 the College underwent an Ofsted inspection. The inspectors identified a number of key strengths, which included:

• Learners studying advanced level qualifications make significantly better progress than expected based on their previous attainment at GCSE.
• Pass rates are high and high grade passes are much higher than average
• Learners enjoy College and feel safe
