A in History, A in Combined English and A in Photography
At Ludlow College I studied A Level History, combined English and Photography. I chose History because the course covered a huge range of time periods rather than one specific one, and then I chose Photography because the facilities were amazing – access to the dark room was really beneficial throughout studying here.
I chose to study at Ludlow because it was quite small in comparison to other college’s in the area – I came from quite a small high school as well, so it was nice to not take a massive jump into a bigger place. Also, the College has a really friendly atmosphere which has made studying here so nice; the students and teachers here are so lovely and have made my experience a good one. Out of all the subjects I chose, I’d definitely say my favourite was History, as there was a lot of freedom on what coursework we did. If anyone I knew wanted to study here, I would definitely recommend it as the teachers are so supportive and give good feedback.
I will now be going to Exeter University to study History which I’m really excited about; I love the countryside down there and the modules on the course look so interesting!
