Welcome to Ludlow College
Ludlow College has a history spanning 800 years; it is one of the oldest education institutions in the country with a unique heritage. We reflect on this heritage with pride but are strongly focused on the future.
Ludlow is the only post-16 college for a 20 mile radius and it is the largest provider of 16 - 18 and adult and community education in South Shropshire. Most of the College students live in South Shropshire, North Herefordshire, Powys and Worcestershire, travelling from as far afield as Shrewsbury, Hereford, Knighton and Bridgnorth. Many past pupils send their children to follow in their footsteps.
Ofsted inspectors, in October 2007, indicated that Ludlow College is a very good college with some areas of outstanding provision. Student achievement, particularly the high A Level grades and value added (students exceeding predicted grades),was highlighted as a significant strength. Ludlow College has recently been confirmed in the top 10% of all 6th Form Colleges and in the Top 15% of all colleges.

From Wednesday 24th - Saturday 27th February at 7.30pm the College proudly present " The Boyfriend " at Ludlow Assembly Rooms.
Its 1926, The French Riviera, at Madame Dubonnet's Finishing School for Young Ladies. But Polly and her friends have things besides manners and etiquette on their minds - the Carnival Ball is coming and the girls must find the perfect costumes (and boys) for the sparkling night. Welcome to the carefree world of the roaring twenties - let the dancing, songs and fun begin!
